INSTACOAT^TM Unique is a dry powder coating system consisting containing polymer, plasticizer, pigments, opacifiers and other excipients for reconstitution in a range of solvents. It is designed to provide a highly distinctive surface effect whereby the perceived colour changes with viewing angle.
